Extreme Faith Camp

Extreme Faith Camp (EFC) is a week long parish-based summer camp where young people encounter Jesus Christ, not just hear about Him.

Nativity collaborates with other parishes in the Archdiocese to plan our particular week of camp. 

Participants attend with their own parish so that they create a community and a connection with each other centered on this experience that they can then bring home to their parish. 




EFC was started over 26 years ago as a way for youth ministers to take their young parishioners to a camp where they encounter Christ through the Sacraments. As the program grew and with no permanent home, EFC struggled to accommodate the number of parishes interested in attending. Trinity Woods Catholic Retreat Center was purchased in 2023 as EFC's new home. With 30 buildings and 700 acres of Wisconsin wilderness, there is plenty of room for an entire summer of EFC with room to grow.

Trinity Woods hosts retreats and Faith and Science programs in the off-season.
